If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns and refund policy outlines the process for requesting a return or refund.

Guarantee Period: 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Damaged Goods Policy:

Should your Lion Shilajit order arrive damaged, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a return, replacement, refund, or credit. If the damage is evident upon delivery, please record the condition on the delivery documentation or refuse the package. 

Contact us immediately if you refuse a delivery. We are unable to accept damage claims for items that have been in your possession for more than 48 hours.

Returns

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@lionshilajit.com.au /02 8999 3396. Provide your order number and the reason for your return, though under our money back guarantee, no explanation is needed.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs will be covered by us. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Refund Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@lionshilajit.com.au and send your item to: U 12, 7 Packard Ave Castle Hill NSW 2154.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
